Police have mounted an inter-state manhunt for a notorious gang which robbed a couple before raping their eight-year-old daughter in their Kepong home on Monday. They believe the same gang is also behind Tuesday's incident where a 31-year-old housewife was gang raped by five men in front of her husband at a house in Kelana Jaya after relieving them off RM30,000 in cash and valuables. In the first incident on Monday, three knife-wielding men broke into house in Bukit Maluri, Kepong, at 2.30am and held up the family. The robbers, who entered from the back door, then threatened the couple and their three children before tying them and ransacking the house.

Several minutes later, two of the robbers took the couple's eldest daughter to a room and allegedly raped her.. The gang then fled after 40 minutes with about RM5,000 in cash and valuables.

City police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Meor Chek Hussin Mahayuddin said police had also beefed-up patrols in the area. They are liaising with their counterparts in Negri Sembilan where the gang is believed to be also operating.

Here is the true story.
There is a girl was raped and murdered. She went back to work on a public holiday with another girl, the boyfriend even packed lunch for them and later when the girls wanted to go home, the car couldn't start and the other girl's boyfriend who came to pick her up didn't wait because the girl told them to go off first and there was a security guard helping her. She didn't come home that night and they found her body in a burnt car abandoned in a rubber estate in Dengkil on the 3rd day.
The guard reported to work and acted normal during the police investigation but when the police questioned him again, he remembered the color of her clothes in detail and they noticed that the hair on his hands were seared although there was no burnt marks. He finally admitted that he is the one that killing her. There was no cover up but the case was not publish in the newspapers.

Don't ever trust the security guards.
Be sure to keep the office door lock. Hey girls, be forewarned and please be doubly, even triply cautious whenever there is a need to stay back late at work. If at all possible, leave the plant/company early when there are still people around. Better yet, if there is still work that must absolutely be completed by that day, bring it home!
Just heard about a rape case at a MNC(multinational company) which just happened sometimes back last year. The victim is married with kids, she worked till 11.00 pm. Security guard raped her in the toilet. She managed to escape and drove herself to the hospital.

Next day, the other employees was shocked to see the condition of the toilet.. Blood and her hair everywhere, and all the brooms and mops were broken. The police later came and arrested the security guard, who still reported for work the next day. However, they manage to cover it up, not even come up in the newspaper or any media.
I can't imagine how such cases have been covered up in Malaysia . It's because they are MNC. (This is a sad reality)

Please girls, don't put your life in danger by working late or being negligent. You can never be too careful nowadays. Malaysiaranks number 2 in crime against woman.

I HAVE NOTICED MANY ACCIDENTS BETWEEN THE OVERHEAD BRIDGE AT MASJID NEGERI ( Green Lane ) AND ABOUT 100 YARDS BEFORE THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT RACE COURSE.

MOST OF THE TIME THE CARS WOULD BANG THE TREES ON THE DIVIDER .WHY SHOULD A CAR COMING FROM OVERHEAD BRIDGE AT MASJID NEGERI COMING TOWARDS RACE COURSE TURN 90 DEGREES AND BANG THE TREE ON THE DIVIDER.?

SOME WHERE OPPOSITE THE ENTRANCE TO THE MUSLIM ORPHANAGE.

I USED TO WONDER WHY BECAUSE I USE THIS STRETCH DAILY. RECENTLY I WAS COMING DOWN THE OVERHEAD BRIDGE AT MASJID NEGERI GOING TOWARDS RACE COURSE AT ABOUT 1.00 IN THE MORNING AND THE MOMENT I WAS ABOUT TO REACH THE END OF THE OVERHEAD BRIDGE I NOTICED THE ROAD IN FRONT OF ME CURVING SHARPLY TOWARDS THE RIGHT AS THOUGH GOING INTO WISMA ANAK YATIM.

I WAS NOT DRUNK., NOT SLEEPY AND SINCE I TRAVEL THIS ROAD DAILY I SIMPLY WENT STRAIGHT CONTINUED TOWARDS RACE COURSE JUNCTION.

WELL IF I HAD CURVED TO THE RIGHT AS I SAW HOW THE ROAD HAD SHOWED I WOULD HAVE BANGED THE TREE ON THE DIVIDER.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT SORT OF ILLUSION IT WAS BUT * IT IS A KILLER ILLUSION*

Went there for lunch this afternoon, because have heard & read blogs about that place... & a friend said APPARENTLY they serve the BEST scone!!!

So we went, we were SOOOOO disappointed!!!!!! 

All the food we ordered LOUSY, HORRIBLE.....

• My husband ordered "Yorkshire Rarebit" - turned out to be a piece of normal thin-sliced bread, with some sauce & topped with bacon! 
• My nephew ordered Fish & Chips (because they DON'T use dory fish - which is a plus point), but they use the wrong type of fish. It's should always be white fish fillet that's not strong in it's own smell/taste, they use the fish that mamak or nasi kandar stall used for their fried fish!
• My sister-in-law & I ordered the Ocean Treasure - baked stuffed crab shells with crab meat & mushroom sauce, topped with cheese. The portion is very small, the taste is just normal, NOTHING fantastic, DEFINITELY not value for money. AND..... most probably they RECYCLE the crab shells!!!!!  So we purposely break all the shells that were served to us.
• ... and finally, THE SCONE that their suppose to be famous for -- THE TEXTURE IS JUST LIKE NORMAL BREAD!!!!!  We're like eating 2 mini-sized buns!!! Even the Tesco Finest range of scone taste like 200% better.  My goodness, and they dare to charge RM9.90 for 2 scones & a cup of tea (we opted for English Breakfast, they're NOT using Twinnings, they use Ahmad Tea).

Seriously disappointed with the place. 

Do they think Penangites easily can be conned??

Horrible Attitude of the boss @ Ingolf's, the German Restaurant

Went there for dinner today, my baby girl broke a soup bowl -- it's her fault (of playing with the bowl), but she didn't do it on purpose.

That fat, snobbish, arrogant, rude, loud boss of the restaurant - upon hearing the breaking sound, stormed out, asking his staff what happened, then said SO EVER LOUDLY, "We don't have many of that left, please tell them to be careful!!" 

Come one lah.... it's only a Clay-Tan soup bowl, can get in any shop la!!!!!!!

(We told the staff we want to pay for the broken bowl, he said his boss didn't say we have to pay wor...)

What an idiot, £$&£&^£%^£^&%$^&£%$*£*$.

I know he's very good business, no need the LOCAL people, people like you and me, to give him business... (so we should STOP going!!!)

But I think he has to remember he's IN our country, not in Germany!

I will not go there unless I can't find any other food to eat la!

So, please be careful (be very very very careful) if you have to go there for food in the future, that fella who came from the same country as hitler, might "shoot" you if you do something not pleasing him!!!! 

say NO to KURNIA!!

Received a forwarded e-mail from a friend, mentioned about an incident happened on 10.02.2009 whilst this person is renewing motor insurance with KURNIA: -

1. they no longer accepting certain insurance policies...
2. other insurers do not accept renewal from KURNIA...
3. 3rd party motorbike insurance is returning losses, so KURNIA don't want to renew this category anymore...
4. KURNIA starting from Jan 2009 would not accept insurance renewal (even if 1st party motorcar) if you meet 1 of the following criteria: -

• if your car is old, OR
• if your car or yourself have history of insurance claim, OR
• if you did not purchase PA from KURNIA during previous years renewal, OR
• if your previous used show losses in previous years (not sure what this mean), OR
• the list goes on....

So, just be careful everyone!!

農委會茶業改場長廖慶樑說，大陸雲南出產的普洱茶近年席捲香港、 台灣，變成搶手的茶葉，但學者專家調查，普洱茶因特殊製程、 陳年儲藏環境等因素，使其總生菌數高的嚇人， 必須煮沸才得以完全消滅，一般人單用開水沖泡的飲茶方式， 對人體可能有害。

廖慶樑說， 雲南出產的普洱茶近年來被渲染成具有神奇保健療效的茶葉， 對腸胃尤其有益等，使港台一帶掀起一股「普洱茶熱」，人手一杯， 且早、中、晚不停喝，部分人士更認為，喝得愈多，對身體愈佳， 事實上大謬不然。

廖慶樑解釋，普洱茶屬於後發酵茶，是將茶菁經殺菁、揉捻、 乾燥等手續後，堆置在倉庫中稱為「渥堆」， 使茶葉內部多酚類化合物氧化，其氧化可分自動氧化、酵素性氧化、 麴菌氧化等三種不同方式。
 
廖慶樑說，普洱茶後發酵堆置倉庫有乾倉及濕倉二種， 前種為自動氧化作用與酵素氧化作用二者混合併行， 後者則加上麴菌氧化作三者混合進行，市面上出售的普洱茶， 其貯存年限有五年、十年、甚至四、五十年以上者， 業者常標榜陳年普洱，愈陳愈香，更增醫療保健效果，並抬高售價。 事實上，廖慶樑調查，普洱茶在產地雲南西雙版納、 孟臘等邊疆地區，居住環境都離乾淨清潔有一大段距離， 何況茶葉經長時間貯存，是否能維持好衛生安全品質？值得懷疑。

廖慶樑引用中興大學食品科學系教授區少梅的研究報告指出， 從普洱茶微生物的分析結果顯示，其總生菌數與黴菌數高的驚人， 如五年特選普洱茶， 散茶總生菌數每公克有一點廿六乘以十的六次方菌落數， 黴菌數則每公克有一百十五個菌落數。
 
廖慶樑說， 早年普洱茶是運往中國西北地區作為蒸煮調製奶茶的原料， 均經高溫殺菌後再飲用，不會出問題， 但現在人們均習慣用小壺沖泡方式來飲用，則大大不妥， 不但無法增進健康，反對身體有害。

廖慶樑鄭重警告，飲用普洱茶，務必以高溫充份煮沸為宜， 例如以傳統中藥煎煮後飲用，亦可增加安全性，避免感染。
